Quantum Engineering was tasked with the installation of air conditioning systems and undertaking civil works at the Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital (KUTRRH), one of Kenya’s premier healthcare facilities. As a state-of-the-art medical center, it was essential to ensure the hospital maintained an optimal environment for patient care, medical procedures, and general operations.
Scope of Work:
Air Conditioning:
To ensure a comfortable and controlled climate throughout the hospital, Quantum Engineering designed and installed an advanced HVAC system that met the hospital’s specific needs. The system was tailored to provide precise temperature control and air quality management in critical areas such as operating theaters, patient wards, laboratories, and administrative offices.
Civil Works:
Quantum Engineering also carried out significant civil works in the hospital, ensuring the infrastructure was developed to support both patient care and hospital operations. This involved the construction of critical structural components and ensuring that all works were compliant with healthcare regulations.
