Quantum Engineering was contracted by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) to undertake comprehensive rehabilitation and maintenance works on key access and patrol roads within designated wildlife conservation areas. The project was executed under a Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) framework, ensuring that road conditions were not only improved but maintained to high standards over a specified period.
The core objective of the project was to enhance accessibility within conservation areas, support efficient park operations, and facilitate tourism and wildlife monitoring activities, all while minimizing environmental impact.
